Yes. There is no charge for packs or delivery. Packs are funded by donations and sponsorships from the public. Honestly, this may change in the future if donations are not sustainable.
Every item is screened against a published baseline, no alcohol, no nuts, poppy or hemp seeds, nothing sharp, no aerosols or cords, and then against your own list. See the full screening rules.
On a case by case basis. We can substitute or swap an item as long as it's within our screening rules. We’ll do our best to meet your requirements while keeping every item facility-safe.
Once you’re approved we email you a private ordering link. It’s set to $0 and isn’t listed anywhere on this site, bookmark it and use it whenever you need more.
